My personal favourite for music, complete anthologies, latest albums and loads of other stuff. Really good for music, but has some movies, etc. Fantastic for the AXXO rips too.

Thats one hideous looking slow as fuck site that I really can't be arsed to register on when the quality of the EZTV torrents are second to none and easilly max out my connection anyway.

Whats so good about tvtorrents that I should register on it?

They are the two that I use most. Demonoid for applications sometimes.

EZTV is the best for tv shows by a long shot. Top quality, fast and get them up on the site really quickly.
TVTorrents is better IMO. :nirnir

Took forever to load that site.

Well I think it's ok.
I download at an average of about 160 kbps with the torrents I get off there. Which suits me fine.

http://tvrss.net/ provides RSS feeds for TV shows (via mininova, I think). You can plug the feed straight into some BT clients and they'll download your shows for you automatically when they're available.

Unfortunately, the comments are not available this way.

For new releases filelist.org is one of the fastest.

What actually happened to demonoid?
Their host got threatened by the cria, they probably didn't want the legal hassle so they told demonoid to move on. Same thing that happened a month or two back.
The downfall of Canada will certainly be due to its proximity to the us.

Great link thanks!

Out of interest, what clients are people using? I've got bitcomet 0.70 but DL speeds are rubbish compared to Limewire.

Using bitcomet (whatever latest is) here, 500kb/s+ on well seeded stuff from eztv, pretty much as fast as I'd expect from an ADSL2+ connection synced @ 8Mb.

Are they, I could only find a sign in and register page. Couldn't find the faq or terms I was supposed to agree to.

Will stick to eztv etc for the mainstream stuff where I can read the comments as fast as fuck.

I really need to jib this 8Mbps lark off and jump on the 24 meg lark, can't get enough of these comments.

I read them, they hate pretty much all clients, will come round and shoot you if you share their torrents anywhere else, grass you up to the rozzers if your screen res is lower than 1280 x 1024, and take your first born child if you dare to upload something over 700Mb with less than 100kbps upload speed (or something). It's not a torrent site, it's Stalin and Hitler's lovechild.

Oh and the torrents are shit too. Gonna stick with Torrentbox, Piratebay and the porno ones!!! Tunes, movies, apps and jizzpics, that's basically what the internet is for isn't it?

http://www.leecherslair.com/rules.php

Below 30kb/s upload rate

Do not upload any torrent over 100 megabytes

Between 30kb/s and  50kb/s

Do not upload anything over 500 megabytes

Between 50kb/s and 120kb/s

Do not upload anything above 700 megabytes
