Today was utter shite. I got 3 mins and there were a few left when I got in, wouldn't let me have any of them though. I waited for the basket purge and it made me fill in about 5 captchas by which time, they'd all gone 😆

Got in after 2 mins. Picked up two singles straight away. Was after a third but unable to get one after 45 mins of refreshing.

People defo need to be ID’d at the turnstile or something as being a paper ticket it makes it so much easier to tout.

Queue at the ticket office to pick up these ticket on match days are getting worse. So many people just faffing around with issues which take an age to be resolved. There should be at least two dedicated windows for this sale or just scrap the signing of the piece of the paper to confirm collection. A 30 second job takes about 4 mins.

Was an absolute nightmare last night, missed KO waiting to pick up our Bayern tickets.

Is there a certain collection time if you manage to get tickets in the local members sale or can they be collected at any time? If I get one for the Chelsea game could I collect it on the day of the Burnley game?

for local members the game is uploaded to your membership card, there's no collection

No luck this morning, sold out before my five minute queue could get in. It's crazy how much easier it is to get tickets for a Wednesday evening game. Almost like some of these tickets aren't going to locals...

managed to get straight in this morning, nearly fell off my chair. game wasn't showing then a few refreshes, and about 7 singes popped up all over the stadium, none in 126/127 like usual. got one in upper annie highest row, but in is in!

It did - I got in after 20 minutes and 126/127 popped up a few times but missed out
