Reminded me when talksport was playing in the car and there was some twat talking about how Bale dives to avoid injury and how Suarez is the real cheater,  :lmao

I heard that. Or it could have been someone else on 606. They went on to stay that Bale wouldn't handle on the line in a World Cup

Wow these double standards really do my head in. You'd never see the same thing being  said and done about Suarez. Piss off.

Ah so according to Villas Boas, Bale dives out of prevention so his ankle doesn't hurt. Well that's alright then

"entitled to go over the leg" according to motson

you honestly couldn't make this shit up

What a fucking idiot Motson is. 3 times Bale has been booked for diving this season alone. But of course Gareth is not one of them foreigners.

Toure is nowhere near as influential or dominant as his last season form.

its all so funny Bale doesn't dive he just runs at pace and goes over, which seems to be acceptable in fact we can laugh about it. Where is that UEFA rep now? Double standards does not begin to describe it.

Defoes 2nd goal was more offside than Enriques (both had their arms ahead of the defender in my book but feet behind them) yet thats ok and lauded as clearly onside.....

Hate this pseudo analysis.

looked a cracking game that...should have had top billing

Aye, looked entertaining from the highlights. Would be worried if I were a Gooner. One of the signs of our decline in recent years was being outplayed and beaten at home by fearless teams such as Swansea and Blackpool.

Is it just me who thinks Martin Jol is awesome? :D

i agree but they never get given. it is a penalty but they need to give pens out as regularly as they give freekicks to the defending team for the same thing

They're questioning if it's a penalty yet Lineker says "it's definitely a foul" and they agree - so, nothing to question then?
