This is an utterly bizarre game so far, but it's Spurs so fuck it
My wife just said she'd rather watch Rochdale than United
We won't be saying that when the Mancs get Rochdale in the semi!
Craig Burnley V West Ham - WEST HAM WIN - INCORRECT
Proper game of footie this. A couple of teams looking threatening in attack and shit at the back slogging it out in dogshit weather. Excellent
Hmm. You'd think attacking players would try harder to stay up until in the box instead of going down when it's iffy.
Add Lamela to the list of players with utterly punchable faces.
Surely the encroachment happening before the stutter means it should be a retake. Can't help but laugh how much of a shambles that first half was haha
Ref on the US coverage said it should been a indirect free kick to the defending team cos it was dissaollowed for the stutter he did.I am so more confused by it all now.
That's what Foy said too. What was given?
I thought you were allowed to stop in the run up, just not during the striking motion?
The more serious offence takes precedence.
Lalas said he gave him a yellow for unsporting behaviour for the stuttering / feint But Lalas also said that if anyone though VAR would mean less things to debate at half time, they where wrong Not often I agree with Alaxi Lalas!
Lamela was fortunate to avoid another yellow there.
You’re allowed to stutter and feint all you want in the run up, so it’s the wrong decision.
So bloody what? If you watch football to be absolutely miserable then go watch cricket.
Why is everyone moaning about VAR? It's helped to get every decision correct so far. A fantastic addition to the game.
How is one of those things deemed more serious than the other?
