I honestly don't know. It's been a while since anyone's gone AWOL. Normally, I'd give them a chance, but wouldn't replace them once the season started. I think I'll stick to that, since anything else seems harsh, but it could be worth discussing in the future. Perhaps, like in your thread, anyone wanting to participate in the PL will have to confirm their participation in the weeks leading up to the season. Or, whoever doesn't post for the first PL game gets automatically replaced by the next in queue.
