Here's a few versions of the 1962 team (with details) printed in yesterday's paper.
If there are any mistakes in the texts (and someone spots them), please let me know. Here's an upload of the smallest version but I also provide links to the bigger versions if anyone wants to keep them.

I can probably upload nicer versions if anyone wants.

Played 125 games and captained us for (at least) three years, but not quite a legend in my books. Still a very good player by all accounts.

From the days when the Kop didn't need retaking.

Picture pinched from another thread and shamelessly recycled - for a good reason

The don't make Koppites like they used to....

Note , no shirts - no Wanker Hats , no visitors from Leicester and very few scarves.

Circled is one supreme black haired koppite -  and that might just be Robbie with the "Echo Hat" on.

Liverpool stalwart Kenny Dalglish cemented his status as a demigod amongst the Anfield faithful with this piece of magic.

After scoring the only goal to beat an overtly negative Bruges side 1-0 in 1978, Dalglish sprints of to celebrate and clears the barrier.

After celebrating with the Liverpool fans at Wembley Dalglish returns to his team-mates...

... who immediately swamp him!

With the full-time whistle blown Liverpool became the first British side to retain the European Cup.

Kenny Dalglish carries the cup...

... home to the jubilant city of Liverpool cementing the teams dominance in european football.
