Paid Webspace

Hi Can anyone here recommend any good paid webhosting

It needs to support php and mysql and be between 100/200 mb or more

but most of all it needs to be cheap cheap cheap cheap.

I have a forum (not in competition to this one  :lickin ) On freehosting atm and its uptime seems to be somewhere between 20 and 30% so im thinking of shelling out some cash for a change.

Sorry if this has already been asked somewhere else.
