The Mulder and Scully one is one of my favourites.

Like the bit where they strip Homer to his undies and put him on the treadmill:

"His jiggling is almost hypnotic."

"Yes... he's like a lava lamp."

Far too many to mention them all, but a few classics from Homer:

"What the hell is Le Grill?" whilst trying to build a bbq following the French instructions.

"Uhu, uhu, yep, hey Selma listen, shut up!" whilst on the phone to his sister in law

"Wait a minute. Bart's teacher is named Krabappel? Oh, I've been calling her Crandall. Why didn't someone tell me? Ohhh, I've been making an idiot of myself!" after being told the name of Barts teacher

Homer: There's your giraffe, little girl.
Ralph Wiggum: I'm a boy.
Homer: That's the spirit. Never give up.

Homer: What's a wedding?  Webster's dictionary describes it as the act of removing weeds from one's garden.

Homer : Oh god help me! Help me God!
*phone rings*
Homer : [slowly] Hello...?
Man : Hello, this is god..........frey jones of the TV show..

Classic comedy ;D

That is brilliant when he does that.

He starts off with "Selma, my dear, how are you?", then continues as above.  He makes it out as if he really cares and then just asks her to shut up.  Brilliant.

and, the bit when he looks at the box and first time round you see it, you think he managed to put the grill together...

I love these:

 ;D

Bart:

Bart :What a day, eh, Milhouse? The sun is out, birds are singing, bees are trying to have sex with them -- as is my understanding ...
Apu:

Apu :
Homer: No offense Apu, but when they're handing out religions you must be out taking a whizz.
Apu: Mr. Simpson, pay for your purchases and get out...and come again.

Apu: Tonight I’m going to party like it’s on sale for $19.99!

Barney:

Barney : Hello, my name is Barney Gumble, and I'm an alcoholic.
Lisa: Mr Gumble, this is a girl scouts meeting.
Barney: Is it, or is it you girls can't admit that you have a problem?

Chief Wiggum:

Chief Wiggum : (Speaking over emergency radio)
Marge: Chief Wiggum? my husbands gone crazy and is trying to murder my family; OVER
Chief Wiggum: oh, well thank good thats over, i starting to worry there....

Fat Tony is a cancer on this fair city! He is the cancer and I am the ... uh ... what cures cancer?

Ned Flanders:

Flanders :  Bless the grocer for this wonderful meat, the middleman who jacked up the price, and let's not forget the humane but determined boys at the slaughterhouse.

Mr Burns

Mr Burns
Look at that pig. Stuffing his face with donuts on my time! That's right, keep eating...Little do you know you're drawing ever closer to the poison donut! [cackles evilly, then stops abruptly] There is a poison one, isn't there Smithers?
Smithers: Err...no, sir. I discussed this with our lawyers and they consider it murder

Mr. Burns: I don't like being outdoors Smithers, for one thing, there's too many fat children.

Moe: All right! I'm going to sit at home and ogle the ladies in the Victoria's Secret catalog.

Homer chasing Bart, Indiana Jones style, with the music in the background, Maggie shooting at Bart, Homer saying 'What da?' when Bart uses to the fan to evade him, Bart sneaking under the Garage door and at the last minute getting his red cap, Homer disgruntled at the end of the scene, ape like, with Bart gesturing to him from the door of the school bus as it escapes.

Classic.
