That fails straight away, T.....I've been at it for four hours by 6am...they're just lazy. ;)
Exercise is to the body what reading is to the mind.

"If I hadn't doped, I would never have won". "Doping improves your performance between 5 and 7 per cent, and maybe 10 to 12 per cent when you are in a peak shape.

I got up today at 5am, went for a few laps, got back and went back to bed. ;D

Also not really with the whole 'get up early'' thing. There's some interesting research on how your body clock relates to your peak performance. Early isn't right for everybody - it increases your injury risk and also risk of heart attacks etc if you go against your body clock. And you won't get the best out of your training, because your body is busy with other things if you pick the wrong times.

Why didn't you mention him before I went out at 3 am this morning for a ride on my bike. ;D

I am up at 0600 and at the gym by 0645 on weekdays. Until I get in to my workout I think I am mad, maybe because I have so many women in my family I find http://www.thisgirlcan.co.uk/ inspiring.
