League A - RB Trade ideas

Carl - TE Kittle/ or WR Hardiman     Mixon        ---   Montgomery     ----   Thompson        ----            ---       White    ----

Carl, what is the best package you could put together for Kamara?   Go to work and let's see what you could come up with.

None of those RBs are worth that trade. Kittle has had a rought start but he'll still end up being a top 2/3 tight end.

Thing is I know you won't let your top 3 go, you'd be mad to and then Hunt is suspended and Breida and Montgomery are basically only getting half their team's snaps, so not sure there's a deal we could make there.

Not so sure about the last part.   Grap has been awful.

But I take your point that Kittle has yet to show.  Problem is that there are other better TE's in the league

Engram has really shown well
Andrews too
To go with Kelce & Ertz

He'll need a big week somewhere soon to prove that he's a top guy and not sure when that will be....

And in terms of your RB dilemma, you might be better served getting the Giants RB off of waivers than a trade.

Kittle is better than all of those tight ends except maybe Kelce. He had two TDs in week one brought back cos of flags, if they stand he'd be in the top 3 in terms of ranking.

We need to do some RAWK drug testing for statements like above, but nonetheless you are free to delusion if need be.

The other way to see this --- he was up against the TB defense which sheds yards in the middle of the field to everyone except Cam Newton.   And Kittle's performance is tied to Grappolo -- who has been poor.

SF has a bye this week but next up

Cleveland (H)
LA Rams
Washington
Carolina (H)

*** Wouldn't expect much out of him until Washington, but you already know this....  Its not like he's playing the Raiders, Falcons, Eagles, Dolphins and Chiefs in the next few weeks.

Didn't expect to get Gallman so that's a nice surprise.

I picked Knox cos I didn't get Dissly but then saw who Buffalo are playing so got Doyle instead.

Right to go for Dissly -- and I agree Doyle is a sage choice this week.  Gallman solves a few things as he'll get reps but the Washington defense on the ground is not poor either.  See how they use him as a pass catcher -- might make all the difference ala Ekeler.

Danny Dimes and Sterling were important for us --- ever since Luck retired and our trade for Hilton/Ebron (we've been looking for that kind of team building quick strike capacity).  Its always been about 3 good RB's and getting 1 strong QB/WR connection - the rest is gravy come playoff time.

Anyhow, we'll see -- these lads could be more hype than type.   Good luck mate.

I'm not expecting Gallman to do much, he's no Saquon, but he'll get carries and the Giants O-line is OK.

Saquon going down and Jones coming in is a massive boost for the Giants skill players. Shepherd and Engram will go off this week I think.

Don't want to be starting Jones this week up against the Eagles. They suck but they can definitely stop the run.

Does GB use Jones out of the back field or do they have specialist on 3rd and long?

They haven't really been throwing him the ball and Jamaal Williams has been getting alot of snaps. Plus Jones is coming off the back of a small shoulder problem so definitely a bench week for him.

Not much of a choice is it?

Danny Dimes vs Redskins at home  or

Josh Allen vs Patriots away

I suppose one could make the case the Bills will be down and forced to throw but injury Saquon changes the Gents O-face.

Difficult choice this week. I have Mahomes but Rivers is playing Miami. Benching the best player in football might sound ridiculous, but on the other hand it's Miami we're talking about.

Depends if youre in the A league or not mate.  I do not know your receivers - but if you are going to go in the Miami pool don't just dip your feet in, I'd start to find alternatives to Ekeler and Keenan ---  Mike Williams plus Rivers on a long yardage touchdown changes the week.

Again, it depends upon your WR corps

Trend. Sorry mate I don’t really want to part with McLaurin for the same reason you want him. Week 6

I want a team with depth on the bench.

No worries!  Just checking --- thought you might want to contribute to a double against Carl :)

Ironically, there is a call in my new city to get rid of Keenum and go with their young guy.   Plans in the sand, goals in granite!

I've been starting B Cooks and T Lockett plus one of Fitzgerald, M Valdez Scanling and M Williams. Also got John Brown.

No other Chargers in my line up
