Gomez, Matip, Fabinho, Henderson, Robertson, and Keita all need to be shifted during the summer. The jury is still out on Gakpo and Nunez but it looks like we've spent that money very poorly at the moment. There is so much to do you just have to wonder how we've got here.
You could say the same about several others based on recent performances, including today's. When that many names are suddenly not good enough, it's not just the players. A chronic lack of confidence becomes a lack of belief and the manager and coaching staff need to stop the rot. Worrying sings of disinterest, confusion, disbelief on faces at the moment.
When I used to play CM/FM many years ago, you occasionally get into a slump where nothing seems to work. Every decision, selection change, tactical tweak, substitution makes things worse not better. Playing FM, you could just start over.
