Here's me trying to suss out where the place is in Liverpool when you open the link.
Penny Lane / Church Road ? Nah. The road is not straight enough for Church Road. Maybe somewhere in the North End ? After minutes of this I decided to watch the video and the place is in Stockport that's called Mersey Square.

Thought I was watching a video for Britain after Brexit at first.
Love watching those old films. I think the big oil tanker is going through Latchford Locks - a fella at work now lives in the old lock keepers cottage.
