Topic: Twitter Videos buffering on wifi only

Hoping someone can help me out with an unusual problem. I've searched for the answer for a while but no luck so far.

Basically, any video I watch on any tweet will play for a second of two then buffer. I have to come out of the tweet, scroll a bit down my timeline, then go back up and the video will begin again from where it left off. I might have to do this multiple times for a 30 second video. It only happens though, on my Wi-Fi. On data, there's no issue. Has anyone any idea that could be causing the issues?

I don't have this issue with anything else, my Wi-Fi is reasonably good (I live in a very rural area), I can stream Netflix, YouTube, anything else with no issues. I just cant figure it out, and I use twitter a lot so its really annoying!! Any help appreciated!

Do you have any Bluetooth devices connected?  I have a similar problem where videos will buffer if Bluetooth is switched on.  It doesn't have all the time but I find that if I switch Bluetooth off the videos will immediately start playing.

It is, pro 20 lite. Bluetooth not turned on.

Yeah it's the make, seen it everywhere. Blocking server side by device manufacturer ID I think?

I urge you to try different browsers. I mean, from the OP I don't know if it's on the app or Chrome or what

I know that alone might be a disruption to your comfort, but Firefox private mode say, is worth a go... You're not going to solve this any way but locally, which means try stuff, adjust, there's no magic fix, I'm not sure it'll get better on its own...

Its the actual twitter app Im using. I use Twitter the most out of all my apps, but apart from that I really like the phone. Ah well!!
