I've still got this in my wardrobe, it's my dads from when he went to Rome in 1984 after delaying his honeymoon with me ma.  Start as you mean to go on.

When you say not to everyone's taste.... are you referring to Zlatan? ;D
He's a manipulative bastard. Another deliberate attempt to put pressure on people in the game, which he thinks he'll get away with because of his "standing" in the game and his fucking knighthood.

The people of Liverpool are workers. This is not a rich town where everyone lives a comfortable life. They work hard for themselves, and this is what we at Liverpool like to do. This is the attitude we must all have.

First shirt I thought of. About as iconic as football shirts get.

Alaves from 2001.
Horribe pink colour but it had the names of all of the season ticket holders embroided into it.

In 2001 in Dortmund loads of people were swapping shirts and the lads had circled their name on kit.

Stick it up.

Although IMO the Lazio shirt has gradually got worse from the late 90's onwards, which coincidentally coincides with the decline of the team itself.

This one divides opinion, always liked it myself. The plain grey one from the season before was even nicer though, can't find a picture of that one unfortunately.

I think the team that played in it swayed everyone towards it.

You immediatly picture Johnny Barnes bombing it down the wing.

Some muslim group is trying to get this banned for some reason.

Some muslim group is trying to get this banned for some reason.

It was one lawyer in Istanbul who was bitter about it.
The reason he said was because it represented the Knights Templar.

It's got nothing on:

If on the one I suggested the white bits were red and the black bits were white then i would be everyones first choice. Its absolutely class.

Argentina away shirts always hit the spot for me.

Lovely colour, no sponsor, cool as fuck, annoy english people.

Can't actually fine the one I'm after. THINK it was the 2002 world cup version.

EDIT - Found it. This one was pure class. No swirly lines, no uncomfortable round neck, no silly collar, no meshy crap. Just a fucking gorgeous shirt. Have it at home, and STILL wear it.

If on the one I suggested the white was red and the madrid badge was a Liverbird we'd all be going mental over that.
