Does anybody remember this cable channel from the 90’s?

I’m interested in finding if the archives still exist. I know they were obtained by Liverpool Library sometime around early-mid 2000’s but don’t know if they’d still have them. Anyone know of anybody involved with the channel or the Library that I could contact?
