It's at 8 in the fucking evening, their stewards have got more time to get to the ground than we have. Underhand tactics this, really hope they get told where to stick it.

It's an outrageous excuse

They could get an overground to Putney or West Kensington and either walk for ten minutes or jump on a 295 or 220 bus.

There is no way this can hold up

It is about a half hour walk from Putney station to Craven Cottage - this is bullshit on their part and I hope they don't get away with it.

They didn't call off the Sheffield United match, and by the time that had finished it was the exact same situation.

Kit Symons: Liverpool boss.

Rene: What about those train things? They aren't working are they? Quick, tell the FA we can't play. That will buy us time. Tell them our fans won't be able to come and the atmosphere will be shit.
KS: But boss, the atmosphere is always sh...

                           Mignolet

Flanagan.        Skrtel.        K Toure.        Cissokho

                             Gerrard

                Coutinho.         Henderson

Sturridge.                                             Sterling

                          Suarez

Bench: Jones, Kelly, Sakho, Aspas, Moses, Alberto, Ibe

The 11, I wouldn't change anything even if Sakho and Agger are both fit, Toure and Skrtel did nothing wrong against Arsenal.  Flanagan is undroppable and Cissokho had a good game too.

Sakho's name begins with an S so maybe he should start?

First and second goals in this game are so important.

First 20 minutes we should jump on them, first 20 against Arsenal it could have been 6 nil up. Lets do the same to Fulham.

So what the fuck happened to wee Joe?

I reckon if they are this worried about it 2 days before the match, they will probably call it off.

and so what? we'll twat Fulham there I've said it too.

oh it was 2-2 you plank.

Meh, they twatted us first half in a game people would say we'd go into double figures.

Fwiw I think we'll batter Fulham as well, I just think we don't need loudmouths going around screaming that we'll win every game 8-0 etc.

Honestly, I'll be surprised if it's not postponed reading that statement. Sounds like Fulham hold the cards here, if they want it postponed then it will be postponed.
"I was pleased also with Peter Crouch. We have been talking to him, before and after his nose operation, to show more confidence with his heading.

"Now it seems to have worked. Lets say that if he has a few games without scoring again, maybe we should arrange to break his nose again."

So transparent. They simply don't want to play two big matches in a row.

It's one of the best connected grounds in London surely, provided their precious stewards can walk for a short time or survive 5 minutes on a bus.
