Have 10 aways from last season (down from 14). Wasn't sure if I'd qualify, so good to have a chance to get ticket, fingers crossed 🙂

Yeah, dead easy for me, straight in and even took time choosing between a few seats in different blocks.

Didn't notice if you had to specify collect or post  - I assume the default setting is post as usual but  for Hoffenheim I had to change it from collect to post.   wasn't any postage or booking fee added but I think they've stopped that anyway.

Can anyone clarify this?

They're getting well confused with this now.

It now says 8+ on sale from 11.0am to 1.45pm, and 9+ on sale from 2pm.

It originally said both sales start at the same time.  I wonder how much they get paid to update this page?

What happened to in's in - shocked at how many people have Tier 3 and want to swap them in the Exchange for Tier 1/2! ::) Given the away end is wider as it goes up, it has to be unlikely.

Singles, pairs, a three....

Surely Tier 3 isn't that bad?! They will be in a for a shock at Newcastle then!

(Not suggesting they won;'t go if the can't swap them just surprised me.)

I was in tier 3 last year as I forgot about the sale until late and it's a good view, you just feel a bit cut off from the lower tiers and the sound didn't seem to travel as well songs-wise. Back in tier 1 this year! I wouldn't bother trying to swap though, it's not that bad and the chances are pretty low you'd imagine.

Because people want to stand with their mates, bearing in mind that it is a separate entrance and you cannot move freely between the tiers. All of our lot are in the Lower apart from 1 of my mates whose ticket I'm trying to swap, I really do not see what the issue is here.

Hardly as issue, just surprised at how many there are! I get why but seriously, it's only for two hours.

And surely it would be easier to get one in Tier 3 so they can stand together rather than 3 in Tier 1 as some are asking for.

Different sales though, most of us bought together in the 1st sale and didn't think that it would drop like it has done. I don't know of any away regular who would rather stand on their own rather than with their mates, but each to their own I suppose.

Mates are in tier 1 due to buying a different sale.

I bought in the 10 credit sale and just wanted to take what was left and not risk it.

Obviously good to have the ticket but want to stand with my mates who I go to every game with

Perhaps it's just something to bear in mind for future games at City, and other two/three-tier ends. If you have mates who may potentially qualify in a later sale, then get the tickets in the less popular area of the ground, where they can then hopefully join you.

Those who bought in the first sale, and went for tier 1, are not going to swap for tier 3.

Now if someone offers a swap the other way round, they'll get sorted no problem.

If in the 1st sale, I will always go for the spec that I want and wouldn't risk not doing so (I get that in is in) as I have mates that 'might' qualify in a later sale. There is no harm in asking for a swap, I've sorted it now anyway so I can delete my post on the exchange.
