I blame that match on my wife.

I was out of the room for a few, and she went in the room for a minute.
I told her Norwich better not score while she was in there.
10 seconds later, she says "It says 'Goal Norwich'"

(Yeah, I know, my fault for being out of the room too. Still though, totally on her)

More realistically, our fault for all the missed goals in the 1st half.
So many chances, and we should have put them away then.
Just really disappointing, when we looked in such control for so much of the match.

A win would have been utopia

If he's being asked to head the ball too frequently - which isn't exactly his specialty - it could affect his ear and cause an infection. Especially if the ball hits him on the ear directly.

What the fuck was Coutinho doing today ? Shooting from everywhere, not making the simple pass to Ings for a tap in.

doesnt matter who the manager is if we dont put away chances like the couthino one today, the firmino chance at united, the benteke chance at arsenal. then we will never get anywhere.

These are simple tap ins or side passes. thought we were in total control. mignolet does what he does best and sends waves of uncertainty through the team. then flaps and loses us 3 points.

A much improved performance.

But it doesn't feel right trying to get up about a tie, at home, to Norwich.

No, we should be good enough to put two past them. We've threw two 1-0 leads in 3 days and had plenty of chances to finish both. Disapointing.

The performance was okay, the result, to put it bluntly, just isn't good enough at all.

Danny Ings can be proud of his efforts again, he looks like he could be a bargain for us.

Did Ings punch Coutinho in practice? Pass the fecking ball and he scores a tap-in twice.

Completely unacceptable result. This is a horrible run of result and performances. I’m sorry, but change is needed.

Pathetic result regardless of how well we may or may not have played (didn't see the game). I ain't sorry that a change is needed, should have happened in the summer, any fool could see.

Much improved but still not good enough.
Milner stunk the place out with his touch, awareness and corners. I thought he was supposed to be good?

Nobody can have a moan after that performance.

Only annoying thing is Moreno and Sakho should have been in the team before today.

No need for anybody to criticise tonight.

We played well and I can't be arsed to debate it

In context it'll mean Rodgers gets more shit but we created more than enough chances to win it

Shape looked way better and it allowed us to control the match and should be used from now on

Coutinho's decision making in the final 3rd is abject

Huge positive to see Sturridge play 60 mins

Someone needs to take Milner off set piece duty because he was awful at it today.

Much better game but something's still not right, we pretty much had two strikers on the pitch all game and yet somehow Coutinho is taking most of our shots. Firmino, Benteke and Sturridge all struggling to get the ball in dangerous positions.

I don't see how that was rodgers fault, Sturridge should have scored. Milner, Coutinho and Ings should have had another one too. Not like we were outplayed our players didnt take some very good chances and the keeper flaps for the equalizer.

We just cant get a break at the moment. Sure Mignolet punch is bad but how many times out of 100 does Martin manage it to pull that? Also Coutinho should have won us the game with his chance.
Its still a horrible result.

Not clinical enough. Chances to win and a poor bit of goalkeeping costs us. How many goals do we concede from individual mistakes rather than actual good play from the opposition?

Best display of the season and we still can't win.

Dreadful subs, again. Except Ings, who's fucking great.

Milner didn't take a good corner all match yet he was still taking them in injury time.

Change is now needed before this season is another write off for us, granted it is only 6 games but it won't take many more before we're again counting the cost.
