There was a magazine with The Times last week, with article after article about Liverpool life, culture and football etc. There was a great copy of the (small) Shankly pic at the start this topic.

...

Done some desktop sized ones. Help yourself...

1280 or 1024

I'm afraid the links aren't working for me. I had this picture as my desktop and changed it a couple days ago. I want to go back to this photo if it's not too much to ask. My screen size is 1280.

The history of Liverpool KITS in pictures  :wave

SOme dodgy kits that I don't think ever featured in our history either. When were we sponsored by DHL. Never.
By the way, I should tell you that I haven’t had a chance to shower while making my way up here, my balls are extra vinegary.

Quality pic.  Is this scanned from the Echo?

Had forgotten about the multi-coloured seats in the Centenary and Annie Road.  I sat on those Lilac seats in the Annie Road a few times during the Cup Winners Cup run of 1997!

Well, I have been looking for some match-action pictures of the Ian St. John Testimonial Match played against Chelsea (ended with a 4-2 win) back in 1973. Never find any from the 1977 onwards yearbooks / annuals, gettyimages, googles or whatever.

Any help is much appreciated.

Who remembers this fella then?

Good man, Gedo. Fucking weird but I used to always bag his name when playing as a kid. Could have had all them great players, but always baggsed him cos he marked Alan Ball out of the game in the Derby and done me arl fellas head in.

Anyone got any pics of Tommy Burns (RIP) testimonial? Given events this week it's been on my mind.
I was pretty young, first time at Celtic Park, and I'm pretty sure it was notable for the debuts of Barnes, Beardsley and Aldo...
We won 2-0 I think.
