Just noticed you need a Antigen test 48hrs before arrival for Milan even when double jabbed

at least it's only an Antigen test, should be able to get at most airports before flying

Got a link where you can buy them?

So it’s a test going out, a day 2 back and a passenger locator form both ways?

As things stand, yes + proof of double vaccination.

I seen that rumour aswell which I didn't believe at first until seeing pics/videos of the Porto end at Milan - looks like they defo got something around 1200. I really hope not!

They were intending to up the capacity to 75% or 100% so unless thats changed, I can't see how we're only going to get 1200 although we'll know for certain over the next 2 weeks!

they probably wouldn't have sold a full allocation though so maybe only 1200 travelled

Where have you read 100% capacity before we go there- all I've read is intention of 100% capacity from next year

Cheers mate. Was interested on ABJ’s source as remember reading he’d said it should be 100% by end of last month.

It was from this :

https://football-italia.net/serie-a-stadiums-can-open-up-to-75-per-cent-capacity/

But unfortunately clearly those plans have changed since it was written.

So realistically if its 50%, then around 2K and if its 75% then around 3K. I just can't see where the 1200 figure comes from although if that turns out to be true, even though our lot would all still qualify, unfortunately it would mean a few thousand reds will be travelling without a ticket.

Good question, have no idea myself. Doubt we’ll qualify with 1200 but going anyway - I can’t see us getting the full 4K now as been mentioned before on here - but hope we do!

So I've just had Covid.  Actually out of isolation earlier this week.  When I go to Milan, can I get away without having any tests as long as I have a recovery pass??

best to check the travel advice for each country, even if only transiting, but with the test needed for Italy you are probably already covered as most European countries you only need proof of vaccine.

The italian test needs to be done 48 hours before arrival, so as long as you time it for when you arrive in Italy it will be ok

Worth checking as below info may be out of date but SportsOptions day trip details states the Recovery Pass will not be accepted.

Thanks for that. I keep getting told any test I do will be inconclusive for a number of weeks. Not sure I fancy taking a test within 5 weeks of testing positive and expecting a negative result.

Bought tickets for Milan in the home end a couple of weeks ago as it probably won't drop to all members. Received an e-mail of them today promoting the Liverpool game and mentioning that "the reds will bring a big following". Be great if we'd know how many we'll receive for a start.. Any rough estimates on how many will travel regardless the ticket situation?

I imagine Milan are gonna wait as long as possible due to the covid wave sweeping across Europe causing some restrictions in some countries.

Looking at the rates in the last week for Italy, it's increasing, but the curve doesn't seem incredibly steep yet, and they have one of the higher vaccination rates in Europe. So fingers crossed...
