Peep Show- new series
« on: November 7, 2005, 03:43:50 pm »
Series 3 starts on C4, this Friday, 10.00-10.30pm. The first two series were an overlooked classic, so more of the same please  :D

Seen a clip of it on the Frank Skinner show and another one in an advertisement for the new series - looks very good. Just need to remember to watch it. The bloke in it is very good too, but where else do I recognise him from?

The lanky blond lad (can't remember if he's Webb or Mitchell- possibly neither) was in The Smoking Room on 3 recently.

peep show is absolute class. So many funny moments in the series gone by. I love the scene where mark pees all over sophies paper at work, me and my mates were laughing so much.

Best character in it has to be his boss Johnson who thinks marks an alcoholic haha
My mate is Sarah Harding's cousin from girls aloud, he looks a fair but like her which is a bit weird when i'm cracking one off over MTV like

Think that was the second series. That was one of classic episodes with Phil Cornwall starring as his racist mate. "Do you want to order a chinky Jeremy? Or perhaps you'd like something from the paki shop?" ha ha

This is class i didn't know it was the 3rd series might have to get the 1st on DVD i remember seeing this all tho i didn't know it, it was the one were he's in his flat looking out his letter box at all the kids out side who kept shouting at him

The ending was great the tho were its her turn to act out her fantasy and you see her doing that corset up and turns around with the strap-on and how he turns around and puts his head in to the pillow ;D pissed my self laughing at that can't wait for next weeks. but in the other series that bird he was trying to pull looked fit but she seems to have gone down hill a bit  :-\

If you lose reception due to bad weather Sky Plus will miss bits of the recording (happened to me).

This is quality. Missed the first episode.

Hopefully E4 will have a repeat.

Made me piss did this line.

"Hey, there's the stirring, the unstoppable rise!...Its like globalization, its inevitable...hark at its stately progress!"  ;D

So funny to me because its the type of cringe worthy thing that you'd overhear in a pub. You can just picture the types. I love it.

It's so clever - a true gem of a show. A bonus is that it doesn't appear to have broad appeal which makes it less ubiquitous as opposed to someting like Little Britain whih has become stale very quickly due to saturated media attention.

Ive always thought Little Britain was complete over hyped shite!

"Hey, there's the stirring, the unstoppable rise!...Its like globalization, its inevitable...hark at its stately progress!"  ;D

Thats what makes me laugh as well LOL.

Its just like looking into a real guys head and his thoughts! I have to say Ive thought similar things myself (quote above) when drunk and with a female species, which is probably why it made me tickle more.

The sort of thing you would never tell your friends, but perhaps runs through your head...
