If it is the 2001 Cabernet, mark me down for a case.

The 2001 Yellow Label was pure genius in a bottle.

By the way the BBC are doing a Wine Idol typre thing in association with Hardys  :puke , anyhow, I have been shortlisted! Yipee!

Anyhow, this Wolf Blass is tasting a bit better now.

Cheers matey!

Looks a good buy, i'll check the vintage tomorrow. Fingers crossed it is the 2002. For the Red Label they have been trying to shift the 2003, given that half the crop got knackered, the wine is awful.

Anyhow, much appreciated.  :wave

Let me know if it's any good. Might just buy one case of it. Got no room for any wine in the house, but it's a bargain.

Shall do.

Making a trip down to London tomorrow, including a 1/2 hour wait at Wellingborough (oh joy of joys). Anyhow, shall pick some up on the way back, and expect some overly excited posts about wines I pick up from my old haunting ground.

Ideally want to find some 1995 Clarets kicking about.

Went to a house a few weeks back with a Cellar full of wine.

Must have totalled many hundred thousand quid based on what i saw. Needless to say I said it was worthless. Must try to get hold of the 1982 Chapoutier Chateau Neuf he has!

As well as the 1954 Chateau Margaux.

He wants to get rid, as he hates wine!  ;D

So we better stock up before the game and stash it then, just in case.  A nice Chateau Neuf eased the pain in Marseilles from what I remember I'm told.  ;D
