Topic: Pubs near Victoria park/bethnal green ? Londoners help me..

Going to London on the weekend to a gig in Victoria Park, Never been before so have no idea what pubs are around it, Seen a few on google maps when i search but can anyone recommend the best ones to go to?

will probably be getting the tube to Bethnal Green if that helps!

Mother Kellys in the arches at Bethnal green station is good. Especially if you are into craft beer. Has loads of different beers

Few decent boozers in Victoria park village, but you will need to walk round from Bethnal Greeen.
The Lauriston, Hector & Noble, Royal Inn On the Park.

If you're walking up from Bethnal Green, try The Camel. Or the Approach Tavern is decent - nice outdoor bit.
Up the side of Victoria Park on old ford road and near one of the entrances is the Lord Morpeth (good pizzas) and one of my favourite pubs The Eleanor Arms (bit Roscoe Head/Pilgrim/Grapes like if that's your ticket)

Nah i'm going to the Creamfields steel yard thing that's on Saturday

Was a brilliant night to be fair! went to quite a few pubs in-between bethnal green and victoria park! the one right on the entrance to the park was decent and had the fa cup final on! Walked round london on the sunday rough as toast, but good weekend
