It's just one of those stories again. From what I've heard from the German commentary he might not even have played hadn't another player been suspended and then he scores twice in the first twelve minutes. Really happy for him as he's a great guy...

Captain Davy Klaassen, at the age of 24, was the only player over 21 starting. But goals from Kasper Dolberg, Davinson Sanchez and Klaassen proved to be in vain for their title hopes.

God, I fucking love Dirk! One of my all-time favourite players. I know he wasn't always pretty to watch and Christ he had his doubters on here (ahem Yorkykopite & Rossipersempre), but he almost always stepped up on the big occasion. Just like he did at the weekend for Feyenoord. I'd kill for a player like him in our squad today and I'm sure Klopp would too. Legend. Made up for him.
