Probably Haaland for me. Suspect I'll be saying the same pretty much every week.

Gone for the WC this week as well. Toyed with binning Mo and redistributing that money. On what we've seen so far I'd argue a case for Darwin or Jota being better value, but the problem is I have no idea which of them is more likely to play, and either way they're liable to be rotating for a single position.

Anyway, Mo stays, for now.

Same. Well, sold him for the previous fixtures and haven’t bought him back. Just got Mo from our boys, normally always have 3. Nearly went for Diaz but with him playing twice for Colombia just wasn’t sure. Maddison for Kulaveski my only change.

Guessing I missed deadline because game's been down for updates the last half hour. Fucksake, first fixture is still an hour away, ya pricks! So now I'm stuck with no representation at a Liverpool game for the first time since I signed up for this nonsense in 2002.

Think the deadline is 90 minutes before the first game now. Bollocks isn’t it, everyone finds out the hard way. Just about to let my daughter know I haven’t changed her team but think she has Haaland captain so I’m sure she’ll be fine.

Naturally, I got rid of Trossard when I wildcarded the mournhub round, didn't I? In fact, I just looked at my transfer history, and on that fateful day I traded 7 players in one go, then 2 hrs later I decided, hmm, maybe I'll save some cash by also trading Trossard for MacAllister. Unbe-fucking-lievable. I've now dropped outside the top 5 million, I've never fallen outside the top million in 20 years of playing. I am the Liverpool of fantasy football!

Don't worry, neither of you were as dumb as me to have switched captain from Haaland to Mitrovic 15mins before the deadline!  :shite: :shite: :shite:

46 from Haaland, 78 overall

other than Vigo id 8 from Jesus and 6 from Schar so he saved the week

mind you in a head to head league, i was 3 up on someone who had Kulushevski, he doesnt play, his first sub 0, second sub 0, third sub 4 points

So is Haaland going to hit 5 or 6 against someone?

It's like a overaged kid playing against Under 10s.

Sadly.

95 points! Slightly cancelled out because 46 were from Haaland, same as almost everyone else, but still the best week I’ve had this season.

Laying down the triple on the Norse ogre, expecting him to usher Hassenhutl towards the exit. Hopefully I've jinxed it and this'll be one of those crazy Southampton results but on the good side.

Ederson, zaha and son out

Kdb, foden and Martinez in

Starting to think I'd a rush of blood to head

I wanted Maddison before last week because they’ve got a good set of fixtures, his performance took his value .1 above my budget  :butt

Though I’m guessing he’s going to be heavily picked, so a Harvey Barnes differential it is.

Finally bitten the bullet and sold Salah and Trent for KDB and Cancelo.

You're welcome when we win 5-0 Salah 3, Trent 2 and City lose 3-0 with KDB sent off.

That's it, F it.

I am betting against Haaland this weekend. Going to have a little fun.

And what's the point of having Alisson, Konate and Virgil at the club if you don't back them on the biggest of tests?

(Not saying I have them all in my FPL team, I'm not insane :)

Captain Jesus - bit of a gamble but didn't want to go Haaland against us and don't own Kane.

Cucurella for Trent. Was impossible to find something more sensible, so I just did the I-like-Cucurellla-as-a-player-move. Next up, Diaz out for someone (most likely Eze).
