Class is permanent so I think this is just a temporary blip. There are leftover adrenaline and perhaps alcohol in his blood from winning the title. Scotch really strong where he lives.

I remember the time under Rafa where we weren't able to play Aurelio or feel our left sided defence needed help, he would put Kyut on the left to help out due to his work-rate. Maybe moving Henderson to the left midfield or Milner, when he is fit should help to sort that out.

I think he's just tired, or possibly playing through a pain barrier. Also I think Villa did pretty well ensuring minimal threat from our wing backs.

Do wish we had a backup LB just in case, though.

And I agree wholeheartedly Jacob, he's the best full back around. Obviously his attacking contributions are noted but sometimes he doesn't get the credit for his defensive work (not counting City away

). That's what makes him the best at what he does. Probably one of my favourite few reds ever, also down to the incredible fume he causes

Honestly though, VAR and poor officiating is costing people a lot of money, whether the betting public or clubs potentially facing relegation or losing out on European spots because of poor referring decisions. There needs to be far more accountability for fuck ups. At the moment there are no checks and balances; the refs and VAR can just do whatever they want. That can't be right. An industry with so much money at stake has to be better regulated.

Due to Trent being on the right Robbo is very underrated!

He has 31 assists which is as many as ashley cole got in his whole career. And Robertson is only 26 and spent half his premier league career at Hull.

I would say he is on course to be the best left back in premier league history

He is pretty well rated. Everyone thinks that he's the best lb in the league and probably the best lb to ever play for us. In the last two years he has been in all those "team of the year", domestically and in Europe. Underrated by who mate, by some bitter kids on social media?
