He started the day at an 85 rating  The max bid i could bid on him was 40 mil, and my chairmans a stingy twat! Reckon theres a heap of gameworlds that have bid millions on him, thinking they're getting the best young player in the game, they'll get accepted, only to see they've spent all that money on a 75 rated player

Yeah, he was 85 when I bid on him. Be a bit of a shock if you bid a massive amount and then didn't look at him again til he signed.

Managed to snap up Suso and Sinclair on my other gameworld so I'm quite pleased about that

I googled him and found this: http://forum.soccermanager.com/showthread.php?t=64759 and the word "Supertalent" then realised it's from two years ago and I couldn't find anything more recent than a tenuous link with Man City last summer.

Thought for him to have come in at 85 he must have been something really special.

Mate, i`ve done it loads over the years. When I started out and didnt really get the game, my money was always going into the red. I`ve sold at least 3 players who are now classed as potentially world class, and several minor players who have increased to mid 80s at least by 20/21. Tommy Oar springs to mind, I sold him for 10k I think. I gave Jordan Mutch away in an exchange, I even had to cull a few players and release on frees in season 3/4/5!

I wont win the league, but I got another cup this year so it is looking like a decent season.
I`ve never made a massive cash signing, the clubs biggest signing happened before I joined, someone spent 20 million on Djbril Cisse!
My biggest signing have been Ramires and De Jong at 18 million with a few between 12 and 15 million, but the majority are funded by exchanges or player sales.

On the subject of goalkeepers, not only did I have Courtois, I also had Delac and gave him away in exchange for Robert Green when I didnt have a decent keeper. Green was rated 89 at the time. Im sorted now for the long term with Neuer, even if getting him a few seasons back was a saga. Booooo Fiorentina, may you never return to the land of the 1st Division.

I have Adam Johnson who has concerns about "lack of games" but will drop them if I pay him a one off payment of £3 million and double his wages. Yes Adam, I bet you will.

Suppose its good if you have a player on level 4 who is worth something decent.

Say though, you have a player rated 92, like Lavezzi at Fiorentina, think he is level 3 concerned, might be wrong, but its an example, and he goes to level 4. You`d pay the one off payment to avoid possibly losing him for face value as you could sell him for higher?

You know what does my head, people who transfer list players, then get the bids they`ve asked for and dont sell them. I`m not bidding on them like, just noticed in past week that 3 of the players listed with an asking price have had it met, but the players still on the list and at their original club.

That is a good deal, Fer could easily rise. I tried to get him once. I know your into the dutch league, so thats why I keep my dutch youth players when you bid for them

Yep. Remarkebly as soon as they bring this option out, players concerns suddenly shoot up. Boetang suddenly had level 3! concerns about not getting games. He had started 8 out of the last 9!! Fucking joke

Ive given up trying to deal with Fiorentina. Although the 'adress player concerns' option seems to have come a bit late for him in regards to Nocerino

Hopefully Fer has just had knee surgery so hoping he will rise but Hernandez will easily stay a 90 rated player as he cements a place at Swansea.

I don't bid for youth players much just shortlist and then go for them once they've been bid on.
