Hi guys, this might not be the exact right topic. A publisher wants to release a book on LFC's current season but he's a bit wary of copyright issues if he puts something like 'Liverpool's historic season' on the cover. I think he'd be fine as there are many unofficial books on the club. Would anyone know for sure if there could be any bother or hassle printing something with 'Liverpool' on the cover without the club's consent?

'Liverpool' should be fine, I believe the club recently failed in an attempt to trademark the city name. 'Liverpool FC' or 'Liverpool Football Club' could cause some bother as I believe that would certainly be trademarked.

I'm posting here just to try and exhaust all my options. I'm desperately trying to find one of our current third jerseys. The black and teal. Ideally it's the one with the club world Cup badge on the chest and the champs league badge on the arm. I have searched and searched and even emailed the club, with no luck. Does anyone here know how or where I might be able to still buy one? I'm hoping maybe someone knows someone selling one or something like that?

Seems to be in stock in loads of places. The NB site has it. May have to do the patches separately though.

I'm assuming you can only get the shirt with genuine patches on from the LFC store itself. I don't know if they have any in stock at all and can't check for you as I'm not in town today whereas I usually am on a Friday.

On a side note, I was in there last week and talking to a member of staff. She said the club are done now as far as getting any more NB stuff in, so if you see something NB/LFC, grab it while it's going. I was looking for one of those neck warmers Klopp wears, but she said they flew out and no more would be incoming now.

Anyway, to see if the shops have what you want tucked away somewhere, I'd ring them direct. I don't know where you live though, and don't know if they'd mail it out if they did have it. It's worth a try though.

You've done brilliant here for me mate however I live in Canada so calling those shops isn't really an option for me. But I truly am appreciative of your efforts in the response. I'm shocked I haven't seen one anywhere. Not even eBay! I just hope the right person see's this and somehow I can get one! Please keep any leads coming!

I designed some pin badges to celebrate our Club World Cup success. Coronavirus in China delayed the shipping so they've taken a bit longer than I would have liked to arrive but they're for sale now and not too shabby if I do say so myself!

If I've understood it right from the furlough thread, they were off but since the decision was overturned they are back at work, so maybe there's a delay in orders.
