I'm currently in Italy
No great surprise as seemingly 3/4 weeks behind the UK with the variant and case increase
The Covid Green Pass remains influential if you want life, bars cafes restaurants transport etc..and Police doing random checks..I've been in a cafe having coffee and they have popped in..green pass and ID please..and on transport they are more visible..all random but that's the scene
according to 24/7 I will be scrambling round for tickets on the exchange all season #STH #19awayclub

50% probably not enough for all members ffs
No, probably not - Milan away at 75%, went to all STH (in a further sale) - but v.doubtful this will even go to all STH. Assuming they even have away fans, then 50% is about 2,100 ? So, credits might start at 2 and then down to 1.

Milan away didn't even sell out at 3200, but those first coiple thousand tickets are pretty much guaranteed to be sold always. I'm hoping maybe because the last trip was so recent some will serve but yeah doubt it even gets to STH this time

Hopefully. I fly out on Sunday 13th.

On another subject, has anyone ever sat in the home sections in the San Siro? If so, is it okay as long as you are respectful?

A lot of Reds did in December and there didn't seem to be a problem from the lads I spoke to.
When Origi got the winner you could see a lot of pockets of our fans celebrating below us in the lower tier without any problems.
Milan fans were sound the 2 days I was there, could Internazionale be a different prospect, I don't know.

I think it’s safe to say it’s off. As covid restrictions in place till the 10th. Just announced.

Think that’s quite a conclusion to jump to. AC Milan selling tickets for their game vs Lazio and looks like far more than 5K on sale.

Will a negative test still be enough for EU passengers to gain entry to Italy on February 16th if unvaccinated or your vaccine cert is out of date? Is that still going ahead in Italy from today or is that delayed now too for 10 days?

You still need a test to get in regardless of vaccine status, think you have to isolate for 5 days if the pass it out of date

Cant get into the match without a vaccine though you need a super green pass

The quarantine is supposed to be gone from February for EU arrivals according to this article five days ago.

How would a non-Italian resident get a 'super green pass'?

The NHS app has a travel one with barcode and states if vaccinated. Loads of places we went in December scanned it and it either went green or red. A mate scanned the wrong one (as was not his latest one) and it went red, so it does check the status.

This is the status as of 20th Jan to go the footy. its not been updated on the site, so dont think that has changed

Yep, confirmed now on their official site although no news if that includes away supporters or not.

That’s true but a different situation to having 2K fly over for the match although I’m hopeful/confident that we’ll get 50% as well so basing it on the Milan allocation of 75%, we’ll get around 2180.

Inter’s website now says that, if any tickets are left, they’ll go on general sale on Friday 11 February. It mentions a reduced capacity but doesn’t appear to say was % of capacity.

I presume that LFC now know how many tickets we are getting.

The club has now received confirmation that the San Siro is currently operating at 50 per cent capacity, which means the allocation of tickets to be received is 2,180 tickets, excluding 220 top category seats that are allocated as part of the players, staff and VIP allocation.

Due to not yet having the tickets in our possession, all tickets purchased must be collected at a location in Milan.

Nightmare trying to sort this with collectionover there. Is it the lead booker who's logged in can only collect?

I can log in and buy all 4. None of the 4 who qualify are going. None of the 4 actually using the tickets qualify either so the tickets won't show up for them to purchase.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: From February 1, you must have had your final vaccine within 180 days for your vaccination certificate to be valid to enter Italy and the stadium.

That's me f****d

My second jab was on the 13th of July which is more than 6 months ago.

Would have had to get my booster yesterday to met the 14 day minimum requirement too.

It says lead booker though has to collect - so if the other 4 do not qualify they will not be able to buy as the tickets won't come up when they are logged in - So if their mate buys them and puts their 4 names in the mate will be lead booker even though no tickets in their name!

A bit of a shitshow

Will be a bit off they don't give people booked with all their own details though, as people have booked flights and hotels on the basis that their friends were going to be able to buy them as per previous games

If these 4 people all turned up to collect in Milan, is it likely that the club would not allow them to pick the tickets up?

OK, i get the 180 days bit and it being introduced from Feb 1st. But i didn't read anything about having it at least 14 days before. Where did you read that? I only saw this :-

From February 1, 2022, you must have had your final vaccine within 180 days (six months) or your booster to enter Italy and the stadium.

EDIT - ah i see it now

However, evidence of the COVID-19 vaccination must be produced at the border and 14 days must also have passed since the final dose.

Sugar, can't go, same boat as you.
Thanks mate
