;D From the sound of things it's likely just the one street (the ground only holds 2,500) - but let's hope they stay on track!

Edit: 4-3 to Barca; full-time.  InterCity unlucky not to take it to penalties. Soldevila with a hat-trick - and undeservedly finishes on the losing side.

I don't think I've ever seen Joao Felix play a good game for Atletico or Portugal, not even once.

Im watching him because we are heavily linked. I like that hes playing upfront and seems to be more physical than I thought, but Atletico hardly get any posession so its hard to judge. Barca look very good though. Will be a tough opponent in the EL later rounds.

Reports suggesting Simeone leaving Atletico Madrid at the end of the season. His tactics were terrible to watch for a neutral and even to some Atletico fans but it was effective. It would be interesting what job he takes next and who Atletico would pursue as a manager.

I'd say Argentina national team if they failed in the WC but now it's not a possibility. Juve seems to be a good fit imo but Allegri seems to turn it around. Spurs should have an opening soon but having Simeone after Conte doesn't make much sense.

Inter. He used to play for them and Inzaghi hasn't done a good job since taking over.

Sociedad doing great in the league, nice to see.

Haaland's national team partner Sorloth looked average for them last season, scoring only 4 in 33 matches. Patience paid off for them as he seems to be their best player in the season along with Mendez, scoring 7 in the league in 13 matches.

By the way, Mendez is definitely getting sold to a PL club this summer.

Having a great season with Sociedad who have also done well in the Europa League too. I thought at Celta he had quality about him and would expect them to cash in on him at some point for big £££

Pretty sure we can turn up at Anfield on a European night against a big team but it's the return away tie that is the big worry. We did Napoli at Anfield already we just need a massive lead before the 2nd leg  ;D

Yeah, we'll be competitive in the first leg, just can't afford a Napoli style horrorshow over there.

I just wouldn't back our midfield to be competitive in a two leg tie against decent opposition which is sad because we've been the masters of the two legged tie under Klopp. Real 20/21 was an exception but we had Kabak and Phillips at CB, played the first leg at Real's training ground and 2nd leg at an empty Anfield. This season's midfield is the equivalent of Kabak and Phillips at CB though.

vinicius jr has the last word. Takes the ball from the half way line and dribbles into the box and passes it into the goal.
