Been wearing my retro shirt to watch games since the Everton or Arsenal game. For the game on the 14th, I wanted to wear last year's shirt, with the 96 emblem on the back. So I wore both. Now I have to wear both for the rest of the season.

I always wear something LFC. Also a million other tiny superstitions...

However I am now going to supplement these rituals by attaching a poster of Mourinho to a punchbag and delivering several well-placed jabs to his reproductive organs before each kickoff

I thought it was my fault. Wore my Suarez strip from a couple years back for the first time yesterday. Been wearing either my home Coutinho or Kelly away from a couple years back for every game this year.

I consciously did the same thing for the shoot out on Saturday as I did for the League Cup final. Stood up, left foot must be slightly ahead of the right. Hand on chin, fingers resting just under the nose.

Fine to pace around between kicks but essential to be back in that lose before the next player was ready to go. Worked (almost) every time.
