Managed to get some of the Barrowlands from Adidas Confirmed App. Arrived this morning. Think I'll stick with the Green laces rather than the Orange that came as extras

Does this website look legit? Prices are much lower than the main Adidas site and they seem to have every size and style in stock which is a bit weird.

Looks legit but it’s an Irish site so prices in euros not sterling and would there be custom duties since brexit , unless you live in Ireland

Cheers. Yeah I'm in Ireland. I'm just surprised that I can get items that are normally €85-90 are €65. And the size/selection is way better than the main site.
Maybe they're 'seconds' or something? I've ordered a pair anyway. No confirmation email of my order but I'll see what happens.

Anyone used 'Klekt' before? Seems a reseller site, but all looks legit, and some prices are basically retail price.

Ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1s for my lad on Wednesday night from Footlocker. Got email this morning that the order is cancelled as out of stock. Pricks. No doubt some c*nt in the warehouse decided they wanted them instead.

yeah that information doesn't mean they own it, just that it was registered with them. registrar and registrant are very different things.

the registrant seems to be based in malaysia though, so draw whatever conclusions that you want from that.

Alibaba is a chinese website for buying knock off gear, and stuff made in China/Far east, it is nothing to do with Adidas

The genuine adidas UK website returns this from who.is

dns.adidas.noris.de hostmaster@noris.net 2022030101 86400 1800 2419200 600

Domain name:

    Data validation:
Nominet was able to match the registrant's name and address against a 3rd party data source on 27-Aug-2015

    Registrar:
        RegistryGate GmbH [Tag = REGISTRYGATE-DE]

completely irrelevant. there are absolutely fuckloads of domain name registrars around the world.

nobody's saying that the site is owned by adidas, merely asking if the items it sells are genuine. whois lookups won't tell you anything helpful there at all.

I know the owner is Scouse but the way Montirex as a brand has just exploded over our fanbase is pretty impressive. Not even expensive gear but works well for the younger demographic who like wearing activewear type stuff.

Starting to see even some non-Scouse fans wearing it to the match. Not really for me but pretty impressive rise.

Klekt is legit. I believe you might get hit with customs though. Laced.co.uk is an alternative.

Please don't say fanbase. We're a venerable football club, steeped in tradition, not a K-Pop band.

Bought my main trainees and my new running shoes from Klekt. Sort of mad that the stock issues for Nike stuff is still like during the heights of the pandemic. Or maybe that's just how it is.

Klekt are legit. Took a while for me. Worried about customs but nothing happened. More than happy with the products

Klekt are not particularly great. They are a legitimate site, but they are not the best in terms of speed, customer service, usability etc.

I can't stand the guy. Or his brother.
Even if the trainer was amazing, I'd avoid it due to being linked to him.
But would appreciate an image of it when it's released  ;D
