It's their champions league final and they're gonna go all out against us. We just better not concede early because they'll park all 11 players behind the ball and play the entire game punting the ball out while we try to batter down a wall of 11 men.
Need to get a fast start and shut them up early.

Get an early goal to quieten the locals (well I say quieten - I really mean to get them to spew their invective at their own team instead of us), then a second to kill the game off would be beautiful. Target Ashley Young relentlessly, he's old, got arthritis, and is well overdue to give away a penalty soon.
And don't, for the love of fuck almighty, don't give away an early goal.

Not true. I’m only replying to people who are downplaying other managers to make some kind of point. I’m all for people commenting on Slots positives but labelling other managers mediocre to do so is crazy to me if we’re being realistic here.

Funnily enough in late 80s adidas made kits for us, United & Arsenal at the same time, right now adidas make kits for United & Arsenal [& us from summer next year], not sure when Arsenal's adidas deal runs out.
Just checked- it runs up until 2030.
Getting the three most popular PL teams is an aggressive move on their part you would think. And expensive.
