Ordinarily yes. Kiev being a great example. However, the lower tier at West Ham is a temporary stand that has been built much further forward. It probably doesn't come across on TV, but there is a massive platform between the back of the (temporary) lower, and the front of the upper. It's probably about 20 yards.
We need ticket exchange back on here for aways
I am all for authoritarian rule
What's the away pub for this? Does anyone know if they'll be showing the game?
Checked again early this morning and the same amount of tickets 20 are still available for West Ham because everyone on 8 plus credits has bought and no one else can buy because they haven’t reduced the credits required by having a further sale I will be severely pissed off if they don’t have a 7 and 6 sale tomorrow regardless of the game being on Wednesday.
Really don't think they will have a further sale now, because of lack of time to post them out (their excuse previous times). The tickets will just 'disappear'They need to reduce the starting thresholds for the remaining games
I agree that they probably won’t have a further sale but there is no doubt about it that they are doing us out of the tickets. They could easily sell them tomorrow and dupes can be collected at West Ham I booked flights to London for Wednesday in the hope of this dropping to 7 I will be calling them at 8.15 in the morning and asking to speak to someone with clout in the TO to make my case for them selling me a ticket.
I'd be fuming if I was you mate. Defo give them a call
They need to reduce the starting thresholds for the remaining games
It's not the starting thresholds that are the problem, it's how quickly they reduce the credits required. And that clearly needs to be faster so tickets are all sold in time. Or making them collection only at the last minute would be better than nothing.
What did they say?
'sold out' nowGame off site and no further sales.20 people with 8 must have suddenly decided they want to go. All at the same time.Treat us like mugs
I received an email back from them stating that all tickets were now sold and it further stated that they would never leave tickets unsold and had the tickets not sold then undoubtedly they would have dropped the criteria down.So basically what they are saying Is that the 20 tickets that were unsold from Friday afternoon until they closed the site this morning at 7.30 for the local sale at 8.15 all sold when the site went live again at 8.15 🤥
Yeah, like I said, 20 people all of a sudden decided they wanted to go, all at the same time, after having 3 days to buy. They're fucking liars and they think we are all stupid
Anyone know if there’s any pie mash and liquor stores by the stadium? Or in Epping (we’re parking there and getting the tube in)?A couple of us have never tried it and want to give it a go.Google shows nothing at Stratford and the only ones we can find in Epping shut at 5.
Pie and Mash is traditionally a daytime meal..yes that's lunch down south..we don't do dinner and tea 😉There's 3 in Bethnal Green Road...owned by two different Kelly Families...google Kelly...but I'm pretty sure they typically shut late afternoonCooke's in Hoxton may work...I think that opens a bit later most days..that's an gentle 10-15 minute walk from Liverpool Street..and that's 3 stops on the central line from StratfordNothing in Stratford now..I believe...the old one in the high Street shut downIf your having it...apply white pepper and vinegar...that's how the locals eat itEnjoy...These are authentic pie and Mash shops...
loads of empty seats in the 220 upper section last night,, had to be at least 50 empty seats,, mates said the lower wasn’t full eitherjoke really they couldn’t be arsed to drop the sale criteria to 7 credits or even 6 or 5,
