Week 13 match up between 49ers and Seahawks has been flexed out of Sunday night football and moved back to a 9:25pm (UK) start. Makes sense given both are outside bets for a playoff place.

Kansas City Chiefs v Denver Broncos will be flexed into the Week 13 Sunday night game. Not great news for any UK fans who want to watch the Chiefs or Broncos in what could be a key game in AFC West

The first in season Hard Knocks with the Colts premiers later today[or overnight for those of us in the UK] on HBO, not sure if or when it's going to be on in the UK though.

Anyone know when this will be on in the UK?

Guess i should change my picture to jonathan taylor now!

Nagy supposedly set to be canned after the game vs Lions. He deserves to be let go but Bears have handled this badly.

Could be Tim Boyle-Andy Dalton showdown on Thanksgiving.

But, low-key, could be a fun game to watch the running backs.  Montgomery and Swift are the headliners, but the backups are decent too.

I'm always impressed with D'Andre Swift when I seem him play. Feels like he's a decent dual threat RB.

Looked at his stats, and whilst decent they aren't as good as I imagined them to be.

Is D'Andre Swift a potential star in the making or am I just over rating him because he stands out in a poor Lions team?

Wanted to look into this a bit and fell down a rabbit hole.  ;D

Swift is really good as a dual-threat and has gamebreaking ability with good vision/cutback moves, so he does seem like a potential star in the making.

It's just the Lions have been weird this season.  Prior to the bye, Anthony Lynn was the play caller.  Looking at the box scores, Swift had more receiving than rushing yards in 7 of the 8 contests.  His longest run was 16 yards.  He had 90 carries for 319 yards (a poor 3.5 average) but totaled 415 receiving yards (he has more targets than any other RB this season).  It made sense since Goff isn't a great QB, made worse by the complete lack of receiving options outside of Hockenson and their Pro Bowl center getting injured.  Swift was doing a lot of work on dump-off passes and such, particularly in second halves with the Lions trailing and abandoning all pretense of running.

Since the bye though, Campbell took over the play calling and now in two games, Swift had 130 against the Steelers and 136 against the Browns on 47 total carries (5.7 average).  Even taking away the 57-yarder against the Browns, it's still really impressive.  Even moreso since Goff threw for only 114 yards against the Steelers and Boyle threw for 77 yards and 2 picks against the Browns.  You'd figure, with that kind of futility, teams would stack the box every play no matter what, and Swift would have even less room, but it hasn't been the case.  The Lions did draft Penei Sewell, and maybe the bye week helped with scheming too to get more running room despite the awful QB play.  Both games were close too, so the Lions never had to abandon the run.  Swift only had 5 receiving yards the last two games, a complete reversal from the first 8 games.

I'll be curious to see how he performs the rest of the way and how the Lions want to use him.  With the Lions talent on the O-Line, he should have a bright future going forward.  Definitely seems like a patient runner willing to look for and cut back for running lanes but also with elite speed and good hands.
King Kenny.

You have to love the NFL and the media machine sometimes...

Everson Griffen posts a disturbing video with a gun, and his mental health is in question, bizzies at his place this morning to try and see what's happening, team and everyone is worried about him.

...and yet Zimmer gets asked what's his status for Sunday's game  :butt

From the LA Times
NFL and Rams agree to $800-million settlement with St. Louis over relocation

The Rams and the NFL have agreed to pay about $800 million to settle a lawsuit over the team’s departure from St. Louis.

...wonder what this means to Arsenal, if anything.

What a bag of snakes the owners are. The moment there was a challenge, Kroenke threatened to turn on the NFL and sue them.

I have one of those silly irrational things where I want D'Andre Swift to do well, so was obviously disappointed for him to get drafted by the lions

Nooooooo...  I was hoping it would go to trial and move documents/emails will come out as part of it.  But now this is settled.  And the NFL will do their best to not release anything about WFT.

Thanks for the insight Skipper.

Sounds like Swift could do more in the right offensive system and/or with better players surrounding him.

As a 49ers fan, I think I notice Swift since I think he’d be perfect in Shanahan’s offence as a dual threat RB. To be fair to 49ers, Elijah Mitchell has done a great job this year as a 6th round pick.

Looking forward to seeing if Swift can continue his +100yd rushing streak today

I guess only Saints taking on the Bills looks interesting enough out of those. I really didn't see the falling off the cliff for the team that looked like proper Superbowl contenders in September coming. At least they'll be playing a backup QB this time so might have something positive to come out of it but it's going to be a tall order for them to unseat the Patriots now, as pedestrian as their offense really is.

Bears fans won't even have the pleasure of Nagy getting binned with a loss to look forward to either, but I guess it is getting into the time of year where they win a few games to ruin their draft position in any case.

Most likely as the Bears are a dysfunctional from top to bottom right now, Nagy is incompetent HC who needs to be fired, but the Bears have never fired anyone in season, wouldn't surprise me if either the Bears or Lions come away with a win, could end in a tie too.
