Most places online suggest Wonder Woman beats Captain Marvel. I was surprised but given her god like status and movement at the speed of light, it makes sense.
There’s no clear person in the fight who can ensure a win so this becomes more of a case of individual clashes. Or huge energy blasts from both sides that wipe out weaker members.

Leaves Dr Manhattan, Spawn, Carol Danvers v Vegeta, Wonder Woman and Deadpool.
The most powerful two at the start take on each other. That’s Manhattan v Veg
Wonder Woman goes for the Cap and Spawn for Deadpool, as larger blasts won’t just get rid of any of these so it heads into a one v one.
This then comes down to who wins which the quickest. I think that goes to Spawn who powered by sin would rip deadpool apart quickly with chains and uses magic to lock the parts away from each other.
This gives a 3v2, and I think Spawn moves onto help Ms Marvel next. He’s less powerful here as WW hasn’t sinned much. So can’t help as WW slices Captain Marvels head clean off.
Dr Manhattan and Vegeta still battling it out see the need to ensure they gain the advantage of the 2v1 then so they go for their opponents remaining partner.
Dr Manhattan has his work cut out with WW who is lightning quick and can avoid for a while.
Vegeta descends on Spawn, who grows stronger and stronger as he gets near. Vegeta’s sin from destroying planets allows Spawn to reach the upper limits of his power and even as his opponent goes Super Saiyan, he is now virtually impenetrable and as the energy blast comes, Spawn can survive before slicing straight down through Vegeta with chains from the depths of hell ripping him apart, just as he once Spawn once did to God himself.
Dr Manhattan intelligence comes through as he distorts matter around Wonder Woman leading her into a trap where he encapsulates her in a prison before he pulls her apart at an atomic level, securing victory.
