What's wrong with Lewis. He looked disheveled against Whitlock for the couple of minutes I saw it.

Lewis has been gone for ages and I’m not sure why. He’s probably up there with MVG for natural talent so maybe he has something going on in his personal life or maybe his head has just gone. Apparently it’s now over two years since he reached a major quarter final so expect his ranking to drop significantly next year.

Gerwyn Price v Gary Anderson the re-match is on Saturday. They have only met once in a World Series event since the infamous final at the Grand slam last year so it will be well worth a watch.

“He [Gerwyn Price] has been getting closer to me in some games but close isn’t good enough it’s as simple as that," Van Gerwen declared.

“I’ve got more in the tank for the match with Gerwyn and I’m going to throw everything at him tomorrow.

“I know of all the players left I have the most talent by a mile, so if I play well and don’t make any mistakes then I will be the champion, simple.”

This purple patch Price is hitting is great to see.

He's turned the crowd to his side. His double 20 finishing has been incredible.

He does thrive on that adrenaline rush which he'll get on that Ally Pally stage next month.

That being said. Everyone else you expect to do well has dropped off massively since the end of the PL. That cant last

I think Suzuki has a shout for beating Richardson. It’s certainly a favourable draw for her.

4th quarter looks very strong so Price will need to be at his best to get through.

Whitlock has been playing pretty poorly this year so I don't think he has any chance. Durrant is more likely to be in.

I had an each way bet on Price at 14/1 before he won the Grand Slam. His odds have shortened quite a bit since then.
