Goes on head to head I think. So a score draw would see Croatia ahead of England by virtue of away goals I think. Not a fan of that in a league format because each game is played in isolation.

Aye. Haven't got a fucking clue how it's working to be honest. I seen that Scotland can also get into some sort of play off next summer too.

Don't think they can. They will get auto qualification to Euro 2020 and promoted to league B if they top their group by beating Israel. Only league A group winners go to the finals knockout tournament as far as I'm aware.

I thought it was just the winners of each section.

The 4 group A winners go into a play off and the eventual winners qualify.

The same with group B, C etc.

They would also qualify giving the minnows a real route to the finals.

Disagree, think he has played well for England over the past year. His ability on the ball is miles better than who he replaced in the team and is a key part of England being able to play with the ball plus he has improved a lot defensively

Happy to be corrected but my understanding is that all 16 group winners get auto-qualification for Euro 2020. The 4 group winners from each league also get promotion to the league above. Only exception being league A group winners who go on to the finals to win the entire thing.

There's no automatic qualification from winning the group. All group winners play in some sort of play off next summer

Group A winners play in a play off next summer.
The rest in a tournament in March 2020.

But there's still standard qualifying groups that will take place from March to November 2019.

Or something like that. Load of fucking nonsense.
