Yes he does.

I think he actually had to pay also to enter, even though he won through qualifying rounds.
He was 8-2 up in the last one of those and ended up winning 9-8!

All the qualifiers are best of 19, Cahill won the first round qualifying 10-9

I thought he looked tired:

‘All my limbs feel really heavy, my legs, my arms, I’m absolutely shattered, I had no energy, I’m struggling to stay awake,’ O’Sullivan told the BBC after the loss.

I wonder if it has anything to do with him letting a nutritionist change his diet (he talks about it all the time on twitter). Nutritionists are pseudos. Dara o'briain was spot on when he said a nutritionist is to a dietitian what a toothyologist is to a dentist.

Maybe, he didn't look all that well I thought.

It was also a bit odd getting his hair cut after the first session, surely you prepare and do all that before the start of the match.

I remember Steve Davis once saying it's not all about how good your A game is, sometimes your B game can be enough, but I think there are so many good players now if you are off form you often get beat.

I love how TV commentators mention the Worlds as 17 day marathon, it may be for them, but players have a few days break between 1st & 2nd rounds, it's only really from the last couple of days of the 2nd round, then from quarters players play every day.

Compared to most tournaments it is. Best of 19 in the first round is the same frames as a lot of finals. Are there any other tournaments that last over 2 weeks? Just because they have a couple of days rest in between matches it doesn't mean it isn't a bit of a slog for them.

Only the UK Championships in December, but the first week isn't televised[well on BBC anyway], rest of the circuit, tournaments are one week

9-9 now

Why? I didn't see any bar the last 2 frames, but He must have been pretty shit if Bingham was 8-1 up. You can't just say he didn't deserve to lose because he only played well for half the match.

That 'where's the cueball going?' boils my piss. It was a wee bit humorous when it first started, but he's now doing it on purpose. He's like that annoying old c*nt in the corner of the bar that wants to tell you the joke he's already told you 3 times since he last had a piss.
Dominic Dale is pretty fucking awful too. Cant remember which match it was today, the Selby one I think, but I haven't heard a commentator be so wrong so much. Every other shot he was predicting wrong. Probably why he never won anything in his career.

Virgo has always been spewing out drivel, i don't mind the rest of the BBC commentators[Willie Thorne another irritating commentator got dropped a couple of years ago, i believe he spat his dummy out over it too ;D], just wish Virgo would shut up & let the pictures do the talking, have to have mute on when Virgo is commentating

I found Willie Thorne irritating, always second guessing himself at what shot the player will take, then pats himself on the back if he guesses correctly, then bemoans for the next few frames as to why the player didn't take the shot he suggested.

What a day of snooker that was yesterday! Shame Ronnie went out, love him or hate him he's entertaining in one way or another.

As just a casual fan, I don't know much about the players outside snooker, so I might have been rooting for the wrong guy, but I was willing Bingham to clinch that match. He looked like a broken man as it was slipping away after such a commanding lead.

As somebody mentioned above what's with the huge shirt Dott was wearing, looks likes he borrowed that  off a big fella in an emergency!

Didnt Willie Thorne also give out odds on if the player was likely to make the pot or not or have i misremembered his commentary?
"I reckon hes about 6/4 to get this" or something similar.

Dominic Dale is annoying me a bit, i had it on in the background and all I could hear was his voice.

I tend to watch it on Eurosport so dont hear Virgo much, but did see him on a senior tournament on freesports the other day and he looked ill.

I think Willie talked himself out of the job by not being able to stop saying how attractive he found Michaela. Anyone else notice how Ronnie had gone full Britney between day one and day two. He's the sort of bloke who should never be left in a hotel room with a set of clippers. If you wanted to get deep, he always changes his hair when the player he is playing against has hair like his. It definitely happened with Paul Hunter, but I half remember another incident before this week. He looked tortured in the seat, could really have done with Steve Peters to chat to in the interval or the day before. You have to say that at least partly, he beat himself, but the amateur fellow played wonderfully.
