I reckon Ravens Falcons could be closer than recent form suggests.

Tough game for the Chargers, it's all well and good playing Cinncy who have a pretty dire D, but I'd say the Broncos have the best D in the NFL, and if LT can't get going on the ground, Mr. Rivers might just be in for a long evening of bump and grind.

True enough. LT has always had a hard time in Denver and the Chargers have had some poor starts to games this season. As a QB in his first starting year though, I've been impressed with River's composure and I think he'll be alright. I think that the deciding factor will be the offensive playcalling for the Chargers at the beginning of the game. The Broncos will be looking to shut down LT from the get-go so Cam Cameron, our offensive coordinator needs to be ready to spread the ball out.

alrite fellas. what are ya thoughts on this:

NY Jets (+6.5) v Chicago Bears
Washinghton v Tampa Bay
Baltimore (-4.5pts) v Atlanta
Less than 36.5 pts in Buffolo v Houston
Keep an eye on Dallas today. Just a hunch.

I've got a real feeling for a Cowboys win today myself.  Barber and Jones could cause that Colts D some real trouble.

First half of the cowboys colts game has been a joke, so many silly errors from both sides, but Dallas just keep on shooting themselves in the foot.

What is wrong with Vanderjagt too?

7-0 Colts at Halftime.

Another fantastic week for the Chargers, what do they have to do to get some coverage? Am sick of checking the listings on Sky only to be fobbed off by second rate rubbish. What's wrong with watching LaDainian Tomlinson for a change? He's only the form player in the entire game. Team seems to be showing great spirit coming back from 24-7 down to win in Denver. Just wish I got to see at least one of their games.

LT is on fire wothout a doubt. He's cemented himself as the best running back in the league this season, of course thats been helped by Shaun Alexander being injured. Chargers looked good against the Bronco's, who again look like they may flatter to deceive.

Well, it was still a good hunch all the same. I'm glad the Colts lost, never warmed to them despite Manning's quality, and hope they fail in the play-offs again (sorry Colts fans).

Back to hunches, any feelings on the Fins getting a Wild Card? :rollseyes ;D

That was a great comeback by Diego. They were getting hammered and upon logging on this morning I was shocked to find out they'd rallied like that. Two tremendous comebacks in a row leads me to believe they're never out of any game and they must be sky-high after an improbable win like that. Oh yeah  .  .  LT is a great back.

At 4-6 it's highly unlikely but the Fish are starting to slowly turn things around. In Nick Saban they have themselves a much sought after coach and this guy has got his shit together, believe me.

Would be nice to have some post-season interest, but enjoying the vibes about Saban.

The Ravens are chugging along nicely I see, looks a challenge to pick a potential champion from either conference at the moment.

Some guy on the Chargers website made a video of all of the scoring plays in the game. Since most of them are short runs it's not the most exciting material but here it is (complete with a Slayer soundtrack no less!).
http://www.dailymotion.com/jcdavey/video/xo7q7_sdvsden

Oh and LT became the fastest player to reach 100 touchdowns last night, breaking a record co-held by Jim Brown and Emmit Smith.

Yeah, I think he's on 19. He's on pace to easily break Shawn Alexander's single-season touchdown record.

Scratch that, he already has 22 this season!
Oh and I have to say that Tom Nalen is a piece of garbage. He took out Jamal Willams for the season a couple of years back with a dirty tackle and tried to take out the knees of one of our defensive ends Igor Olshansky last night.

There was an interesting comment last night from John Madden who does the colour commentary over here and who knows as much about NFL footy as anyone. He was adamant that not only was LT a great player but a great person as well. He went on to say that great players aren't always great people but this guy's an exception. In many ways this league has itself an image problem but Tomlinson appears to be a breath of fresh air.

A Brilliantly mis-placed rant.  Sky actually allow a viewer vote for which game they show of those available.  Five also show two games a week.  I get far more American Football available to me than Premiership.

I watched their comebacks in both of the last two weeks.

Discountin the interactive ones, as the are on at the same time, it's still 4 games live from when the baseball season finishes ain't it? Same as last year, an the year before if memory serves.
