Just couldn’t find the goal, felt like one of those nights whenit just wouldn’t go in and Courteois was unbeatable

Still a great effort all season from the boys couldn’t be prouder

Our lads look knackered. Just not enough in the tank now. Feel like we need a bit of a refresh in the summer both for current players and getting a few new options in.

Gutting. Nobody watching that game could say Madrid were superior but don’t take guilt edged chances and you’ll suffer. Salah has been so poor for months. Diaz and Mane have been able to carry us but Diaz wasn’t much cop tonight. Alexander-Arnold pretty good at actual defending man to man but just doesn’t have any defensive awareness when players don’t have the ball. So basic and it cost us.
