The current approach for the local sale has a lot higher chances of getting one than the free for all it used to be. They published odds for a short period of time at the star of the last season and it was around a 1/10 chance. In our group of 4 or 5 we have have had around 20 tickets in the last two years

It's usually around the 3rd week in November.
