Chelsea kit confirmed, looks even uglier

https://www.footyheadlines.com/2018/10/nike-chelsea-19-20-home-kit.html

Real Madrid's

https://www.footyheadlines.com/2019/01/real-madrid-19-20-home-kit.html
For Real Madrid's shirts don't they just change the colour of the adidas stripes each year, and that's it  ;D

A Croatia kit in Barcelona colours. Awful
I quite like it.
As long as the shorts and socks are mainly (if not totally) blue then that's a kit to make a statement and win things in.
Will be nice and unique. iconic even if big things are won.

Apparently the Barcelona away kit is a homage to one they had in the 70s like this, but with the sash the other way, going from the right shoulder to the bottom left.

I see, so that's why Bundesliga clubs tend have a separate European kit, it seems a pretty daft rule though, imagine the Premier League having a similar rule, & we have to have Liverpool on the back of our shirts, i know Arsenal shirts late 90s had there Gunners nickname on the back.
Imagine the likes of west bromwich albion and wolverhampton wanderers, it would go right round the back and on to the front.

Have you seen the length of German team's names? West Brom and Wolves have nothing on them  :P

They just use their nickname or city name on the back of the shirts, cos yes, if they used the full team name, there would be no room for anything else!

Couple example:

FSV Mainz 05's full name is 1. Fußball- und Sportverein Mainz 05 e. V.

They just have 'Mainz 05' on the back of their shirts.

Borussia Dortmund's full name is Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund

They just have 'Dortmund' on theirs.

Do you know the reason for the rule or why it was set up in the first place? I quite like it, makes the shirts unique but surely the name of the club and the colours would make it obvious who the team is?

It'd be epic if the rule was brought into the Premier League, but you have to have the Town/City name only, imagine the fewm from Everton fans having to have Liverpool on the back of there shirts, be off the scales. :lmao

They’ve become what they accused us of being (and we were for a while): a club stuck in the past. Appointing Solskjaer seems to have been a marketing move to coincide with the 20th anniversary of their European triumph. However, aren’t they a season too late since it was 98/99...?!

Muppets.

Next years keeper jersey is supposedly a nod to the one Peter Schmeichel wore in the Treble-winning season of 1998-99.

Which is this one but actually from 1996-97.

This was the kit Schmeichel wore for their treble.
