What's the chance of getting a pair of tickets if you've no previous Euro  history for this one?

Please don't shoot me down but is it a closed shop as per away tickets or have I any chance of at least getting to see the qualifier?

A very good chance I'd think - may have to be late availability from unsold hospitality but think you stand a good chance

Fact they've listed it on initial sales details gives good indication you have a chance too

What's the reason for qualifiers not going towards priority for future games?

Got an email today saying my ACS payment had failed but I don't understand why. It was in my  basket so I checked out tonight and got it ok WITH THE SAME CARD I HAVE DOWN FOR THE ACS! So I don't get it....

Just hoping all future ones (x3 cups) are ok but a bit concerned...

Just 24 hours notice of the club for anyone buying in the first sale.  Even though they've had all summer to prepare for this.  Only unknown was the name of the opposition and which of four possible dates it was.  Notification of the selling dates should have gone out weeks ago.  Lots of people entitled to buy tomorrow will not be aware of this.

What with the Members' sale fiasco (again), this has been a bad start to the season for the ticket office.

Exactly the same thing happened with me, email said to buy by the 10th August, used the same card which was assigned for the Auto Cup.

And they knew the definite date by lunchtime Friday as well! Why has it taken until today to put out selling details? They don't half work in mysterious ways, our ticket office...

I got the same. Couldn't get through on the phone yesterday - but, spoke to them this morning and it's now sorted for Hoffenheim and going forward. Apparently, card details etc was ok but when a payment request has been sent to the bank, the bank haven't received anything ! So, it's a fault at the club end........which they are working on, as loads are affected !

What is the script with the 1pm sale next Wednesday?

Does the page turn to the queuing page as it does for 8.15ams

When would you be able to start queuing from?

Or do you just try to go in at 1pm?

Nice to see quite a bit of availability for Kop seats in the sales, gives me hope to sit there in the group stages

Could it not be possible that they will start sales for the group stages (if we qualify) on those who have only Hoffenheim?
Those on Europa credits would have already been covered by them purchasing Hoffenheim.

To stop people buying tickets for loyalty & encourage families to go?

I've got to concur with those asking why it took the club 4 days to get the selling details out.

Had that myself, and had never seen it before. A bit puzzled to why, in all honesty.

Same here, but the confirmation email is the usual one saying the card will be activated. Anyone got any clarity on this?

I think the reason you've not had much response to these questions is that no one really knows for sure.  What I've learned from online sales over the years is to 'expect the unexpected'.

Sometimes the site will close (& go into queing mode) about an hour before the sale, sometimes it closes about half an hour before, sometimes it doesn't close at all, and in the latter case sometimes baskets are forced empty as the sale starts.  My impression is that if the TO are expecting very high demand, then the site invariably closes at least an hour before sale time.  But for anything less than very high demand, it is anyone's guess what will happen.  Expect the unexpected has always worked well for me.

Question; if you've already booked a ticket online, can you swap your seat for a different one? I want to sit next to my mate who's booking his on Wednesday.
Would be even more fun if you could stand up to a hook to the jaw for being a snidey bastard. But then that's reality! No one needs to 'swim or drown' in a coward's paradise.
