Can we draw another Champions League team in the draw?

If so the seeded champions league teams will be Bilbao, Olympiakos, Sporting and Zenit won't they?

I think so yes. Also when can we draw an English team ? Surely not this round

Yes we can draw those 4 champions league teams now. English teams can't be drawn until last 16. Not sure on Celtic.

Any chance of these going to members with no previous history of away games?

They'll be loads of spares knocking like ludogorets even if they don't go down to members.

Just thinking about Napoli makes me smile, went to Pompeii on the morning of the game, came out of the ruins & the lads selling on the ice cream stalls asking us if we're goin the game, when we said yes they started  making throat slitting gestures, the faces on the tourists still makes  me laugh...loved the place  8)

Don't think as many will be so keen now that it's the Europa League. Hope I'm wrong because a Euro away is a Euro away. Two or three days away, on the ale, having a laugh with the locals and fellow Reds, you can't beat it!

Glad we are still in a competition, we need to take it seriously, Rodgers can cut his teeth in 2 legged euro ties as they are a different animal.

Never been one for snobbery, before 05 beating Alaves was my favorite Liverpool moment.

Plus a a trophy and a route into the champions league, lets smash these etc etc
No time for caution.

I think the europa league could be positive for us. We need to approach it in the right way though and not treat it as an inconvenience.

Away days are always great fun as well!

Our experience in the god awful CL campaign could be extremely useful for us, lessons learned etc.

I'm excited and positive about this - have a feeling we could deliver the goods.

This exactly - without wishing to turn this into a Rodgers thread, he's young and these are the experiences that'll teach him tons. I reckon we'll see some 'pressure off' football in the EL, hoping to make it up for a match or 2 when I've got some work holiday in 2015. Let's take pride in being the only English team that still takes the UEFA Cup seriously.
If I were a linesman, I would execute defenders who applauded my offsides.

Bilbao, Lisbon or Prague would be good.

They do. In Florence last year and had a look in one of their club shops in the town centre. There on the back wall, behind the counters was an LFC scarf in all it's glory. No other clubs, just ours - well apart from loads of Fiorentina of course.

Their old enemy is traditionally Juventus. As explained to me by a guy in the shop, any enemy of Juventus (and I'm guessing we always will be) is a friend of Fiorentina.

We had a great time in Milan but a few had hassles! Keep in groups they like to massively out number you! Otherwise wear a tin hat and corrugated boxers and you'll be fine!   ;)

Milan was absolutely fine*, apart from "our" bar being shut down after the game 'cos of the ultras.
One trip to Naples was enough for me, I think.

Quite fancy a trip to Bilbao to be honest. Never been before. Could make it a long week end in Basque country, taking in Vitoria & San Sebastian.

*Better than fine to be honest, if you factor in the heroic 1-0 win in the pissing rain for RAWK FC against Inter fans.

Yes, unless they are not one of the top 4 CL teams to finish 3rd in which case they too will be unseeded.

But pretty sure they finished in the top 4 of 3rd placed teams...
