Broken Pure D2 Evoke Radio - Help

Hi guys,

Got the following radio that we use upstairs:

It broke last night when I put it on (no sound on any output but display working). Working perfectly earlier in day.

Any ideas?

Have you tried headphones ? .. see if there is an 'output'...
if headphones work.. you could use external speaker plugged in...main speaker dead ?
no sound at all... poss main board fault..  :wave
also try different power supply if you can ?.. or factory reset (google it)

As above,sometimes just rubbing your finger over the 3.5mm jack socket can trick a device into think that it has something plugged in.One of my tellies jack socket is so sensetive that casually touching it turns off the sound & just rubbing it again brings the sound back.
