Do we know how the ticket releases work? With respect to automation... Is there a certain number of tickets that need to have been returned before they're made available online? Or is it a manual process, where someone at the ticket office has to put them up whenever they see fit...
I don't believe their "It's automated" line they told someone recently. No idea what their threshold is before a batch is released unfortunately.
I've been out of the loop for tickets from the club for a few years for various reasons. In a position now when I can start to come up more again.Do I need to be a member? I have a fan card (number) which still is valid and lets me log onto the website? How often do sales go to fancard?
Need to buy a membership first. Just get the light one
Fancards have been scrapped. Have to be a membership.
Just had 7 blocks in the main stand cone on. missed them. Sold out banner is back on now
i was using an auto refresher every 2 seconds and i never saw anything
There's been loads of blocks popping up this afternooon
Only seen two singles in U2 in the last 45 mins
Today I've seen U2, U3, U4, U8, L3, L4, and 3 blocks in the lower Kenny since 1pm, (most of them came on just after 2pm)
Yeah sat down about 2:10, noticed banner was off so thought I’d probably missed the big drop
Was my own fault I missed them, saw the first few come on and missed them, and usually that's when a bigger drop comes just afterDecided to go and make some dinner and came back to see about 9 blocks up, but was too late.Gutted as I like to box them off early
So ... looks like almost 4 days wasted on the refresh for Newcastle.Good times.
Is the ticket office open on away matchdays
Does hospitality count as a normal credit on your membership card?
Yes it does
Somewhat related - someone told me apparently if you cancel your hospitality the credits no longer count the following season. Is this right? Not that I have hospitality mind you...!
Yes that is true. But I have no intention of cancelling hospitality, mainly because I can transfer games to my mates. People transferring matchday hospo to credit hunt have already started getting investigation letters as match day hospo are paper tickets and can’t be transferred.
When you are saying hospitality are you referring to seasonal hospitality I assume? So effectively a hospitality season ticket, which allow transferring of tickets? But if you pay hospitality by the game you are saying this is not possible. There seem to be a lot of people buying them by the game and doing raffles on Facebook groups. Presumably to get the credit then get the people in raffle to cover the price. [You may have an iPhone but you are still using the free version of Tapatalk and spamming us with that knowledge]
Yes I have seasonal hospitality. Yes I can transfer tickets as e-tickets to whoever I want using the clubs transfer portal. I cannot give my actual season ticket to anyone. Matchday hospitality is not seasonal hospitality so they expect the person to be using it if they buy it and if transfer it they have to tell the club the same way a normal members card or normal season ticket has to
I think that makes sense. The credit part is confusing me though. Personally, I would purchase hospitality on a match by match basis, as a treat to myself but I assumed I would also register a credit for that match. I would also assume I can use that credit for other games where it is used as a criteria at a normal members sale. Is that not the case?
