Music is objective of course but barring the Prodigy that's a bad list.

Been to leeds fest quite a few times, download a couple, t in the park once. This year definitly going to download, probably leeds and maybe sonisphere seein as they have rammstein.

as for gigs, used to go to loads as a teenager, probably twice a month for a good 5/6 years. Dont get ot as many now but the best ones i've seen in no particular order and all for different reasons are probably - system of a down, bad religion, flogging molly, rival schools, therapy, less than jake, slayer, iron maiden, devil driver... i dunno, loads more!

Only just started going to concerts last six months. Been to Glastonbury, Bruce Springsteen (at Hampden Park), The Pogues (Sheff o2) and Lily Allen (Sheff o2)
Who would you like/going to see in Concert?
Erm, hopefully, U2, Billy Joel, Brian Wilson, Macca, Social Distortion and Daniel Johnston. Should get to see U2 at Glasto and then just hope the rest tour sometime over the next few years.

Deep Purple, Knebworth 1985

Donnington for a few years in the late 80's

ZZ Top, Stafford

AC/DC 1986, NEC

Georgia Satellites, London Town and Country Club

Tesla, the Old Marquee Club

Justice Concert an Anfield. Manic Street Preachers where brilliant.

Macca at the Kings Dock. Kylie, Hall & Oates and The Christians at The Pier Head (Yes, I know. Okay! :-)

Bit of a break for a few years, occasional gigs. Moby at the L2. Went to see The Coral, Libertines and others in New Brighton

Big Chill pretty much every year since 2003

Glastonbury the year Macca headlined, mate played the Jazz stage.

Going to Green Man for 3rd year again. Ace festival, and it wasn't "too" wet this year imho. Going for the week before too.

e2a. The Pixies and Red Hot Chilli Peppers in Dublin a few years ago, and The Rolling Stones in Cardiff (most expensive single concert I've been to, the exes 40th present from me, cost £300+, luckily I can't remember how much the whole 3 days away cost me.)

e2a2 How could I forget. Tom Waits at Le Grand Rex in Paris :-) One of my favourite ever musical memories. Berlin Philharmonic with Simon Rattle at The Phil. Brilliant.

Fucking hell this is scary, I was looking at Primavera last May for Aphex Twin among others, and thinking about it this year but money and a slight chance of UEFA Cup final puts me off.

Not sure I am going to make it this year (similar reasons to yours) but I went last year and in 2007 and it was superb both times.  All the bands are on at night so you get some time during the day to bum round Barca. Great venue, great weather, great line-ups, no camping in the rain, NO MUD!

The Doncaster Dome!

Fucking hell, I've heard it all now.
The Venue is weird! It was a bloody sports hall!

Empress Ballroom Blackpool last night. Prodigy. Absolute class. Bumped into many an old face from years ago. What a belter of a night.

Glad you enjoyed it, 1st time id seen prodigy since Creamfields years ago and they were brilliant!

No idea why they are doing tiny weird venues though!

The only shameful name on my list is justin timberlake(I got free tickets for working in McNasty's, our store got in top 10 in region or something), I was brought up listening to Bon Jovi as my mum n dad love them thats why when i was younger they always took me to there gigs, Stain'd was when i was going through a bit of a "gothic" phase in school
