Had one in my basket for my mate, using my phone, would only let me enter his name and couldn’t enter any more details.
Tried lfc chat, still waiting for a reply, tried lfc help on twitter, they replied, I gave them my details and pics of ticket in basket etc, 20 mins later no reply.

1st and last time I use my phone for a sale. !

Sounds like your phones buggered. Turning sideways works for me also on iphone

The ticket stayed in my basket for 50 mins !!
I managed to sort it on my phone, turned it sideways and a few bits showed for details, turned it upright and a few more details, could just see the top of a few boxes and clicked them, put the phone number and email in but couldn’t see what I was typing, took me about 20 mins arsing about ( and a lot of stress ), but managed to get the ticket.
Email came through at 11.56 !! 🙈😬😳

Did you have it basketed before 10.30 and then keep refreshing until 11 to keep it active?

Because the unexpectedly released thing comes up when that happens. The ticket becomes unavailable after 10.30 even though it still shows in basket.

This may have been the issue on mine but I got my tickets bang on at 11 but just wouldn’t progress with payment.

No I only got it in my basket about 11:40 after loads of refreshing. It’s timed out now & asked if I need more time to complete, clicked yes & it’s given me another 20mins.

the same, lost the two tickets because phone just wouldn’t let me enter second persons details. That was on Safar. Google wouldn’t even let me in because it said security issues.🙄 Are there any better browsers to use than those two?

I've tried for over 3.5 hours refreshing etc and the odd one came up for a millisecond then gone - but nothings coming up now....must still be some in baskets ?

It must be idiots adding them to baskets. Mate has had to buy 4 singles as that's all they could get. So they have cost him 3x £8.10 as he has paid 4 times for the postage.

Still bouncing around from approx 100 tickets, then down to 15, back up to 95 tickets etc.

Assume so yes. They did not look would be corporate returns the ones that came back. There were loads at back of BF5. The corporate ones were in the lower block of BR5 and GW1 - you could see the square where they had been taken first thing on Monday

Any idea why they are waiting until Oct 7th to decide if people have to collect or have them sent out? It seems to be leaving it very late to post them given the match is on the 12th.

It said on the sales notice, if selected you will be notified on Monday 3rd October, with further info on Friday 7th October

People will if their mates are on 2 same with 1. Quite possibly would drop to 2 anyways especially with a few returns to add into the mix which are inevitable even if only 20 or 30. The only feasible chance it dropped to 1 credit is if people sat on tickets in baskets for 2 days straight which I wouldn’t put pst people but still it’s not going to drop.
