can only see the "distribute" option online.

You can't refund, you can resell via the ticket exchange.

Found a seat with a much better spec but the system won't allow me to buy another ticket until they have resold my old seat.

Had to get it on a mates card and he can transfer it when they have resold my old seat.

Haha having the same issue, don't want to take the risk though of no one buying my ticket until the +3 sale tomorrow and then ending up with nothing at all. First world problems eh..

It doesn't matter, your pass will still work. It's just to remind you what your seat is.

Just got a couple of City tickets for Sunday. Need to distribute one of them but when I click distribute the box pops up fine but the option to select the actual ticket is greyed out. Anyone come across this? I'm the owner of the ticket.
